Planned:  Field trip and Lab trip to the Einstein Exhibit, American Museum of Natural History.  Sample collection in Central Park, weather permitting.

Did:  Kristen was able to check plates, moving some to 4°C and others to room temperature for the 3 day weekend.

I may have to come to AECOM to check plates.  Kristen may be able to check plates.  (If found on Friday, into the fridge.  Regardless, the plates get left at RT then.)

Today's materials:

Pointers:  The slower growth of M. smegmatis at room temperature (RT) allows for delaying plaque formation, in some instances.  However, it is possible that some phages will plaque at some temperatures, but not at others!
