Day 23 thoughts.  Phagefinders. 

Phagefinders found DNA. today, check out their results.  Almost all samples tested yielded DNA. 

Did:  Students continued with the phage DNA preparation, at the step after overnight incubation in isopropanol.  Students also spot diluted their F2 phage DNA samples today.  We ran our DNA on a gel, and as the hyperlink above indicates, we visualized our Phage DNA. 

Today's materials:    it was nice to have a rotovap, and electrophoretic apparatus were essential.
